What You Will Do:
- Client-Cantered Support:
Provide individualised behaviour and psycho-social support to NDIS participants, focusing on improving quality of life and reducing the risk of challenging behaviours. - Dynamic Intervention:
Develop and implement personalised treatment plans, conduct thorough assessments, and provide one-on-one therapy to clients. - Collaborative Impact:
Work alongside a compassionate, multidisciplinary team, engage with stakeholders, and lead training sessions to improve client outcomes. - Continuous Professional Growth:
Participate in ongoing professional development, regular supervision, and team catch-ups to enhance your skills and career trajectory.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications:
NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID (Core, Proficient, Advanced). - Experience & Passion:
A strong interest in Positive Behaviour Support with experience working with NDIS participants. - Skills:
Exceptional communication, report-writing, and time-management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Requirements:
Valid Australian Driver’s License, WWC Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Infection Control Training.
