- Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Referrals & Intakes: Set up new clients and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Liaise with Therapists: Offer top-notch support to our team and clients.
- Manage Office Supplies: Keep everything running like clockwork!
- Raise Invoices & Assist with Billing: Help with accounts receivable and ensure everything is in order.
- Ad-hoc Duties: No two days are the same – be ready for variety!
- Liaise with NDIS Providers & Plan Managers to make sure we’re all aligned.
- Work Closely with Managers: Help drive efficiency and contribute to the team’s success.

Employer Questions
- 2-3 years of administrative experience (NDIS knowledge is a bonus but not essential).
